Hey all you crossfitters as well as friends of crossfitters, ya'll need to check out this nut and seed mix. So far, everyone that has tried it can't get enough of it. I'm selling it by the pound for $6. The only naughty thing about it is a touch of honey. Just don't eat a whole bag in one day and you should be fine. Let me know if you want some and I will get started on a batch for ya.

I was using a basic and bland nut mix I found at Wal-Mart for my Paleo snacking. It did the trick, but once I tried a sample of James's nut mix, I instantly switched. It was tastier, healthier, and you couldn't beat the price anywhere. I'm a customer for life!
