Vegetables sautéed in garlic and olive oil along side steamed shrimp sprinkled with lemon pepper. Looks good and healthy. No wonder that guy is in such good shape.
Oh it was good. Since I've been doing the Paleo, I've found the trick is to pile on mass quantities of both lean meat and vegetables. Some people do Paleo and still try to portion. You do that, and you're in for a world of hurt. You'll be extremely hungary. As long as you stick to the foods on the Paleo menu, you should be able to eat all you want!
